	Michael Tanimura Founder and principal of Silver Image, Michael wears the hats of creative director, information architect, writer/editor and html programmer. He has applied his formal training in photography and writing in the communication arts field for the last 20 years. His forte is in creating bridges between creative and practical project goals, technical and aesthetic considerations, partner needs and real-world constraints. Leah Kadamian The other founder and principal, Leah is the firm's senior graphic designer, art director and graphical user interface developer. With over 20 years of professional design experience in all facets of print media, and over ten in web site design, she is noted for her ability to reflect a client's identity and position in their field while maximizing the effectiveness of each communication effort. Leah's other skills include project management and the evaluation and critique of communication materials and practices. Jason Packer Jason has been a technical partner of Silver Image for over 10 years. A web site developer and programmer of far-reaching skills, he is unparalleled in his ability to understand partner needs and economically author on-line products that meet them. He developed (and continues to author enhanced versions of) the Easel Curriculum Development and Documentation Resource, leveraging open-source software and integrating specialty applications under one user-friendly administration system. Jason also has developed an on-line social encyclopedia and continues to administer and architect sites that track millions of hits. David Tanimura David is design associate and new media consultant for the firm. Having come-of-age with the new modes of communicating, he is able to apply our principles of design and communication in this evolving field. David also performs production duties, and applies his photo/graphic sensibilities and experience to the projects.
